Stephen holds a Bachelor and Masters of Laws. He was admitted as a lawyer in 1994. Before coming to Smith & Stanton, Stephen spent almost 15 years consulting to a well respected law firm in Toowong. While most of Stephen’s experience has been primarily in the area of succession law, he also has undertaken commercial work which gives him a good understanding of how to manage complex succession planning.
Stephen can assist clients with all facets of wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. Stephen has a keen interest in this area of law and relishes the opportunity to be involved in complex or unusual matters.
